These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dishtro website, mobile applications, and services (the "Platform"), operated by Axicon Ads Services Pvt. Ltd.. By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which are incorporated here by reference.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under applicable law to use the Platform. By using Dishtro, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Your account
- You must register with accurate, current information and verify your mobile number via OTP.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent or abusive activity.
4. The service
Dishtro is a technology platform that connects you with independent restaurants and delivery partners for the ordering and delivery of vegetarian food. We act as an intermediary that facilitates these transactions. The restaurants are responsible for preparing food and for its quality, packaging, and accuracy of listings.
5. Orders & contract
- When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected items. The order is confirmed once accepted by the restaurant.
- We and the restaurant reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including for reasons such as item unavailability, the delivery location being out of range, or suspected fraud.
- Order details, including items, quantities, and the delivery address, are your responsibility to verify before confirming.
6. Pricing & charges
- Prices are set by restaurants and may change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the one shown at checkout.
- Your order total may include item prices, applicable taxes, delivery fees, packaging charges, and any platform fees, all shown before payment.
- Offers, coupons, and discounts are subject to their specific terms and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
7. Payments
- You can pay using available methods such as UPI, debit/credit cards, the Dishtro wallet, or Cash on Delivery (COD).
- Online payments are processed by third-party payment gateways. We do not store your full payment credentials.
- For COD orders, you agree to pay the full amount in cash to the delivery partner at the time of delivery.
- You are responsible for any charges levied by your bank or payment provider.
8. Cancellations & refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In short, you may cancel before a restaurant begins preparing your order; once preparation has started, cancellation may not be possible and charges may apply.
9. Delivery
- Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary due to traffic, weather, restaurant preparation time, demand, and other factors.
- You must provide an accurate delivery address and ensure someone is available to receive the order.
- If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect details, unavailability, or refusal to accept, charges may still apply and refunds may not be available.
10. Food & vegetarian content
Dishtro is a 100% pure-vegetarian platform and lists only vegetarian restaurants and items. Menu descriptions, ingredients, allergen information, and images are provided by restaurants. While we take reasonable steps to onboard verified vegetarian partners, we do not independently prepare food and cannot guarantee against errors by restaurants. If you have allergies or specific dietary needs, please confirm details with the restaurant before ordering.
11. User conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
- Place fake, fraudulent, or speculative orders.
- Misuse coupons, offers, or referral programs.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse restaurant staff or delivery partners.
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the Platform.
- Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing.
12. Reviews & user content
You may submit reviews, ratings, and other content. You are solely responsible for what you post, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Platform. We may remove content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
13. Intellectual property
The Platform, including its name, logo, design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by or licensed to Axicon Ads Services Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
14. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dishtro and Axicon Ads Services Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for the quality, safety, or fitness of food prepared by restaurants. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dishtro, Axicon Ads Services Pvt. Ltd., and its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Platform.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful. You may stop using the Platform at any time.
17. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Prithvipur, Madhya Pradesh.
18. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted here with an updated date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
